SALLY CUSKLEY

Sally Cuskley has served on the board of the Progressive Club since 2014 and was Treasurer from 2015 to 2021. She served on the board of Our Lady of Mercy Outreach from 2014 to 2020 in addition to serving as an Elder at the Johns Island Presbyterian Church for 6 years. Sally was an officer of the Magnolia Garden Club of Johns Island. She served for 6 years on the Executive Committee at The Golf Club at Briars Creek. Sally has volunteered at E.L.Frierson Elementary School on Wadmalaw Island and at Haut Gap Middle School on Johns Island.
Sally was known as Sarah Jones in her career at J.P. Morgan Chase. She retired in 2008 after a 31 year career at J.P. Morgan and predecessor banks. She served in various senior global management roles in Asset Management, Mutual Funds, Private Banking, Commercial Banking and Operations.
She was a David Rockefeller fellow in the New York City Partnership, a public/private group dedicated to the future of New York City. She also served on the Financial Recovery Committee which solicited and distributed funds to help businesses in lower Manhattan rebuild after the September 11, 2001 attacks.
Sally grew up in Durham, North Carolina and attended public schools. She received an AB in Economics from Smith College, an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School and an Advanced Management Program certificate at Harvard Business School. She was a 1993 honoree of the YWCA Academy of Women Achievers and a volunteer Associate Professor at Queens College from 1993 to 1995.
